We want you to be 100% happy with the new outfit you got from us!
We will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed, unloved return purchased from our online-store for a full refund. (Unfortunately we do not accept returns of underwear, for hygienic reasons).
There is no need to notify us when you send a return, please simply send your original packing slip with your return so that we know who the return belongs to.
As soon as we issue your refund, you will receive an automatic email notification.
We do not do exchanges.
The cost of return shipping is not included with purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN WITH XPRESSPOST
This will save you money on return postage! (and will save us duty on arrival too!)
For defects, please send us a quick phone picture of the problem to email@example.com and we will take care of your issue right away.
How to Return to Us:
Please affix the label provided with your shipment and mail it back to us with the carrier of your choice (we prefer Canada post/USPS).
